Looks like I'm fine except my RDW is higher than it should.... Should I be taking B12 supplements and possible Iron supplements too to help bring this down? Thanks

Hello and welcome to HCM, High RDW is not of much consequences since hemoglobin and hematocrit are normal. You do require vitamin B 12 for mildly increased RDW.
